Efficient flood modeling for the Metropolitan City of Houston during Hurricane Harvey

Due to the complexity of urban environments and the need for detailed models incorporating high-resolution terrain data and local infrastructure, urban flood models are typically developed at a local scale. This project introduces innovative data-driven and topography-based techniques for large-scale urban flood modeling at the scale of metropolitan City of Houston during the Hurricane Harvey flood.
